This Is Project_eyl
A personal archive of life, growth, and everything in between.
Project_eyl has been a decade in the making. It started as a phrase I came up with to describe the pursuit of a life well-lived … the little things that stack up over time to build something real. Like any project, it’s evolving. There’s no finish line, just milestones … parenting, marriage, friendship, career, adventure, failure, getting back up.
This blog is my attempt to capture it all.
I’m writing mostly for myself … and for my kids. One day, I want them to be able to look back and read what their Dad was thinking, how I navigated life, and what mattered most to me. I think there's something powerful about leaving a record. Something honest. Something human.
This isn't a blog with a niche or a polished theme. It's raw and real. I don’t over-edit or try to make things perfect. I write what's true, hit submit, and let it live here. The topics will bounce around … from fatherhood to running, meaning to marriage… but the common thread is growth. What I’m learning. What I’m living through.
And if you’ve stumbled on this space, I hope it feels relatable. Maybe even grounding. I’m just a guy doing his best to figure things out, like everyone else. Writing is my way of slowing down and making sense of it all.
Thanks for being here.
